Carrier Delays

Once a package leaves our facility, carrier delays are outside our control. We’ll help you track it, but we can’t control their timelines.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you didn’t receive it, contact the carrier first and check with neighbors/management. We will assist where possible, but we are not responsible for theft after delivery.
