1. Agreement

By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you don’t agree, do not use the site.

2. Limited Drops

M.O.B.S. releases limited-run apparel. Quantities are limited. Once sold out, items may not return.

3. Product Variations

Printing and production can create slight variations in color, texture, or placement. Screens also display colors differently. Minor variation is not considered a defect.

4. Pricing & Availability

All prices are listed in USD. We may change prices or discontinue products at any time without notice.

5. Orders & Cancellations

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit orders due to suspected fraud, stock issues, pricing errors, or abuse of policies. If we cancel an order, you will be refunded.

6. Intellectual Property

All branding, designs, graphics, photos, and content are owned by M.O.B.S. Unauthorized use, copying, or resale of our designs is prohibited.

7. Customer-Submitted Content

If you submit artwork or text for any custom service, you confirm you own it or have the legal right to use it. You assume responsibility for any claims that result from your submission.

8. Chargebacks & Fraud

Fraudulent chargebacks will be contested using documented order records, IP/device signals, and delivery confirmation where available.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, M.O.B.S. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your purchase or use of products.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
